Hyfin Vent Chest Seal

The HyFin® Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack from North American Rescue is designed for the prevention, management, and treatment of open / tension pneumothorax caused by penetrating chest wounds. This chest seal twin pack includes two individually packaged chest seals attached with a perforated portion of the packaging which allows the user to apply one seal and store the other until needed. The patented design includes three vent channels which prevent airflow into the chest during inhalation and allows air to escape during exhalation.

The HyFin® Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack meets or exceeds the current EMS Standard of Care and TCCC & TECC Guidelines for treatment of penetrating injuries to the chest and is the superior prehospital chest seal.
