Shipping Policies

General Shipping

We currently ship to the lower 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Transit times will vary depending on location and carrier. Once the order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

International and APO/FPO Shipping

At this time we do NOT ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses, and all orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the lower 48 United States or District of Columbia.

Shipping Restrictions

Some of the products we sell are restricted in certain locations. While we include notifications and limits on the website to prevent these orders from being placed, we reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion and issue a refund if we find it violates a law. We have carefully researched these restrictions but cannot make any guarantee to the accuracy of the information. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to research and understand all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Magazine Restrictions

Due to various restrictions we will not ship magazines to the following locations:

Ammunition Restrictions

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle and shotgun ammo, and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammo. All ammunition must be shipped FedEx Ground and cannot be shipped to a PO box. Ammunition cannot be returned for any reason. Due to various restrictions we will not ship ammunition to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • California
  • Connecticut
  • District of Columbia
  • Hawaii
  • Illinois
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • New York

Body Armor Restrictions

Due to various restrictions we will not ship body armor to the following locations:

  • Connecticut
  • New York

Return Policies

General Returns

All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and be in new, unused condition including all packaging contents. Returns can be initiated for free by visiting our returns portal and entering your order number and ZIP code to lookup your order. Once your order is found you can select the items you wish to return and the reasons for returning. If the item is able to be returned you will receive a shipping label you can print out and use to return the item to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the items and verify the reason for returning and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged Item Returns

If you receive a damaged item please contact us for instructions on how to handle the return. We may ask you to provide details and photos of the damage so that we can issue the best resolution and file any shipping insurance claims.

Warranty Claims

Many of the products we offer have manufacturer backed warranties which may allow you to get a replacement item or repair service if the item has a defect or issue. If for any reason you experience a defect or warranty issue please contact us for instructions on how to handle the warranty claim. There are varying warranty programs which may be handled by us or necessitate returning the item directly to the manufacturer.

Unreturnable Products

Due to the nature of the following items, all sales of these items are final.

  • Ceramic Body Armor
  • Ammunition

No returns or exchanges are accepted except for warranty claims with the manufacturer. We provide as much information as possible to make sure you can make the best purchasing decision but the buyer is responsible to determine the right product and sizing for their needs.
